Job Description
The Washington, D.C. office of Clifford Chance US LLP seeks attorneys to join its market-leading Energy & Infrastructure ("E&I") Practice with the following skills :
- Experience in representing lenders (including US Government Agencies) providing financing to E&I projects;
- Familiarity with non- and limited-recourse project financing;
- Experience negotiating and drafting the full suite of financing and security agreements associated with an E&I project's financing; and
- Understanding of the "Project Documents" underlying the financing described above.
Qualifications
The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications :
Prior experience in a peer law firm.
