Clifford Power Systems, Inc., is seeking a qualified, outgoing individual for a position as Inventory Control Specialist in our Tulsa, OK location.

Position Summary:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you are responsible for performing the daily activities of inventory control/parts movement. You will ensure that adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained. You will be responsible for evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs. You will monitor shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers. You will effectively analyze inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels. You are expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize them in accordance with the challenges within your environment. In this role, you also assume the responsibility of performing a variety of complicated tasks and may be expected to lead and direct the work of others. Therefore, you must be familiar with a variety of the field 's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
- Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure availability and minimize inventory costs.
- Analyze slow moving inventory and vendor returns
- Makes quality inventory and purchase recommendations to management.
- Management of the shipping/receiving inboxes
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Required:
- Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Prefer APICS certifications, specifically CPIM
- Experience with Wennsoft/GP a plus
