Major Accounts Coordinator - DFW Area

If youre good at organizing, efficient at multitasking, and enjoy helping customers, this may be the gig for you. In this position, youll report to the head of our Major Accounts Division and work alongside 3 others on your team. Youll be assigned 3-7 of our larger regional Service accounts. Youll be their single point of contact for Generator Service and Maintenance. Youll work with Schedulers/Dispatchers in our local branches to make sure this work happens. You will also ensure we are compliant with any special requirements these customers may need. That might be managing approvals to making sure information is updated in Customer Portals. You basically make sure the is are dotted and the ts are crossed. Ultimately making sure the Customer Experience meets their expectations. This position will require you to be proficient in using a computer. Were heavy users of Microsoft products like Outlook and Excel. We will build on your computer skills, teaching you the specific processes we use in Microsoft GP, our ERP system.
