What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling/Dispatch Coordinator-Little Rock position at Clifford Power Systems, Inc.?
Service Scheduler/Dispatcher (no Experience Needed)
If you’re good at organizing, efficient at multitasking, and enjoy helping customers, this may be the gig for you. You’ll schedule for a team of 6-10 technicians. You’ll organize work by area and distribute it to a qualified technician. You’ll take trouble calls from customers and determine how to fit them into the existing weekly plan. Everything is done in a Microsoft GP scheduling software that syncs to an application on our technician’s mobile devices. We’re also heavy users of other Microsoft products like Outlook and Excel.
