Position Summary:
The role of the Parts Coordinator is to provide customer service for all branch locations, dealers, distributors and customers including but not limited to parts research for generators, ATS equipment, load banks and all other equipment used by Clifford Power Systems, Inc.
Essential Job Functions:
Research and sourcing parts for generators, ATS equipment, load banks and other equipment for all services and sales staff of Clifford Power Systems including distributors, dealers and end user customers. Source parts using paper manuals and web access. Research availability, quantity, pricing, lead times, shipping information, delivery. Reference Microsoft Dynamics GP inventory system for availability of stock, price and description of item requested.
Create and maintain Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Transfers for distributors, dealers, CPS branches and end consumers through to completion.
Authorize direct sales returns under $200.00
Monitor and update prices, part numbers and descriptions related to inventory in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Assist in counter sales, create invoices for payment transactions.
Evaluate preventive maintenance agreements for filter orders
Communicate with team members to streamline the order and delivery process with accuracy.
Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
Maintain ownership of created Purchase Orders until part/services distributes and completes.
Maintain ownership of returned parts until disposition is complete. Includes all systemic movement.
Staging and preparing parts for job orders and preventative maintenance orders
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years as Parts Coordinator in an equivalent industry or related operation. Experience with parts research and distribution.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and other employees, verbally and in writing
Knowledge of basic computer operations including Microsoft products. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus.
Valid drivers license and forklift certification

Must work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.
Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to closed forms. are in search of an example position to join our general team. The ideal candidate for this position would oversee generic tasks such as email, paperwork, and organizational needs. This position is Full-Time Monday through Friday 8-5 at our Tulsa office.
