What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Clifton Counseling Center?
Non-profit agency is seeking an organized and flexible Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills, and a commitment to our mission of supporting individuals with barriers to employment. Many of the individuals we serve face barriers related to physical or mental health, housing instability, and/or limited social support. Your work will play an important role in helping us provide mental health services and employment services, to help clients achieve their employment goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist a small team of directors with developing, managing, and evaluating programs.
- Write and proofread reports and other documents.
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for meetings, and maintaining organized files.
- Assist with office phone coverage.
- Interact with the agency’s clients in a positive way, helping to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Responsibilities might also include grant-writing, planning or assisting with fundraising efforts, or other facets of non-profit work.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate well with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to new projects and assignments.
- Previous executive assistant or development experience preferred but not required.
