We are seeking an experienced and results-driven marketing leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing, exceptional communication skills, and technical expertise. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and execute high-impact marketing programs on a global scale.
As the Marketing Head for AI Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, accelerate demand generation, and deepen customer engagement across key global markets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, analyst relations, and corporate communications while also engaging with external stakeholders such as media, industry influencers, and strategic partners. Additionally, you will leverage AI-driven marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance and personalize customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable impact on a global scale.
12/15 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a consulting, technology services, or AI-driven business environment.
Expertise in AI-driven marketing tools experience leveraging AI for personalization, data insights, and campaign optimization is preferred.
Strong communication skills articulate, persuasive, and an excellent writer with experience in executive-level storytelling.
Strategic mindset with execution excellence ability to align global marketing initiatives with business priorities while ensuring operational efficiency.
Bachelor s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills experience working across different levels and functions in a matrixed organization.
Positive attitude and collaborative approach flexible, team-oriented, and able to drive consensus.
