The Business Development Lead – Healthcare position is a key growth and transformation role within client Market Unit, responsible for driving and executing Business Development strategies to acquire target clients and expand client footprint for assigned accounts in US Central region. This is a sales role aimed at expanding client presence positioning transformation offerings for the assigned Accounts and Acquiring New Clients. The candidate will leverage client entire portfolio of services for targeted firms while working collaboratively with other market development, solutions teams and industry SMEs to generate demand and capture qualified opportunities.


Job Description:

•Proactive-demand generation through Consultative Selling for assigned logos

•Grow and expand client presence within Minneapolis based large Healthcare firm

•Shape new business opportunities and large deals for healthcare vertical in US Central

•Understand Healthcare Industry and associated business and technological trends

•Bring together client ecosystem to structure innovation led partnerships with new clients.

•Establish cross functional CXO relationships and generate overall momentum for client in the identified accounts.

•Provide thought leadership to deal pursuit and Client interactions

•Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos, expand client footprint within assigned existing clients

•Bring positive and scaled impact to our client’s business through client portfolio of services and solutions.


Qualifications:

•Selling experience with majority experience in Healthcare vertical.

•Preferably should have worked in a leading IT services/consulting firm with experience in collaborating across global teams.

•Direct industry experience of working in Healthcare companies is desirable
