Job Title: Litify Project manager
Location: SCV, CA
Duration: 12 month Contract role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures changes to agreed scope documented, managed and communicated to leadership
- Define foundation for data capture and management in JIRA to meet reporting requirements that serves as the program's source of truth
- Gather supporting information related to the program milestones
- Maintain integrity of the data contained within Jira to meet operational reporting requirements that serves as the program's source of truth
- Maintain an active log of the risks associated to the program, date created, assigned to, impact and issue conversion date
- Define foundation for Wrike (e.g. data requirements, tagging, process, input, output)
- Maintain integrity of the data contained within Wrike accurately reflects the projects scope and schedule updates
- Create and submit timely project updates using the defined tools and methods outlined by the leadership team
- Maintain an active log of the issues associated to the program, date created, assigned to, impact and issue conversion date
- Manage the risk and issue log to ensure program challenges are being worked on, escalations are timely and appropriate time allocated to disposes
- Ensuring project related milestones are accurate, updated in a timely manner and met as outlined in the project plan
- Manage the Litify co-development effort and validate alignment to the program's release plan
- Ensure Infosec reviews are planned and identified issues resolved by working with team representatives
- Refine release timelines to align with scope, capacity and requirements based on changes incorporated to the program
- Facilitate release relevant workshops (e.g. planned, adhoc) needed to obtain clarifying information
- Execute the UAT / UVT based on the agreed upon plan (e.g. coordinate team members, document findings)
