Position Title: Desktop Support Tech
Location: Chanhassen MN (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Required to travel different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support the end users with IT related issues. Should drive.
- Hardware support : Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, printers . monitors, docking stations
- Software support : Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting and fix the software
- Printer support : Install configure printers at branches and on end points.
- Service Management : Good knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor and update the tickets assigned.
- IMAC execution for all EUC hardware and software
- Patch Management, vulnerability management : Install security patches to remediate vulnerabilities
- EUC Asset Management : Managing and maintaining inventory of all hardware in stock room and update the status in ServiceNow CMDB.
- Basic knowledge of networking devices like switches, routers, IP configurations , Access points etc.
