JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday HCM solutions that meet the client's business requirements. You will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include designing and implementing Workday HCM modules, such as Core Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, and Global Time Tracking. You must have expert proficiency in Workday HCM. Having advanced proficiency in Workday Core Compensation, Workday HCM Security, Workday Talent Management, and Workday Benefits will be advantageous.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
•Design and implement Workday HCM modules, such as Core Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, and Global Time Tracking.
•Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
•Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Workday HCM solutions.
•Ensure seamless data integration with other IT components, thus playing a significant role in contributing to the organization's overall success.
Basic Qualifications
•Minimum 6 years experience with Workday HCM
•Minimum 6 years experience with Workday Performance Management
•Minimum 6 years experience with Workday Recruitment
•HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience as a Workday Security
•Experience in Workday Learning
•Experience with Workday Report Writer
