Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate field operations for HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
- Manage a team of field technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored technical assistance and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, with a strong understanding of building automation systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team in a field service environment.
- Certification in HVAC systems or related technical certifications.
- Experience with project management and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
