What you will be doing:
- Source and order parts from various suppliers while ensuring timely delivery to CDIs customers.
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient parts procurement and distribution.
- Perform regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish inventory as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the parts department to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience ordering service-related parts and supplies, performing service-related parts and supplies inventory, or applicable industry-related work experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders and inventory records.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
