What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Supervisor position at Climate Control Heating Cooling & Plumbing?
The Supervisor Lead role is responsible for supervising assigned dispatchers, job research in Dispatch and dispatching when needed. They will ensure the proper placement of jobs throughout the day and research the 3-day Call Board. They will be responsible for the detailed daily organization of the Dispatch board.
Requirements:- Oversee and complete all job research to ensure the proper placement of the right tech right job.
- Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
- Work with SRM to ensure we are maintaining opportunity conversion
- Complete monthly 1-on-1s with each direct report and review scorecards for career growth
- Creating an engaging culture to promote employee retention and growth
- Oversee and complete all parts calls daily to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers to schedule on-call rotations and provide support for Call Center training as needed for adequate on-call coverage.
- Ensure that technicians’ schedules are current, and that adjustable capacity is accurate in Service Titan
- Oversee non-job events placement, review and manage open jobs on the dispatch board
- Update new technicians Service Titan profiles as needed
- Remove and manage access of terminated technicians as needed
