Job Description:
As an Customer Service Representative at Climate Control Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in connecting with current and potential customers to promote our services, follow up on inquiries, and ensure overall satisfaction. You will be a vital part of our customer service team, providing top-tier communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, service requests, and appointments.
- Provide information about Climate Control's products and services, including HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team by gathering relevant customer information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Meet and exceed performance goals, including call volume and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer retention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or outbound calling role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using with Housecall Pro a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong problem-solving skills.
