Job Title: Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to commercial service calls
- Troubleshoot & repair variety of commercial HVAC equipment including Boilers, Chillers, Condensing Units, Air Handling units, Pumps, etc.
- Commercial equipment preventive maintenance
- Refrigerant piping installation
- Keep work area, vehicle, and tools clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years verifiable work experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Clean, safe driving record
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible and highly motivated self-starter
- Professional appearance at all times
