What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Foam Applicator (Experienced) position at Climate Defense Systems?
Climate Defense Systems has been serving the Brazos Valley since 2011, providing cleaner, more energy-efficient buildings through high-quality spray foam insulation. We’re a locally owned company committed to integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
We are currently hiring a skilled Spray Foam Applicator with at least 18 months of hands-on spray foam experience and strong leadership abilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead spray foam insulation projects from start to finish
- Load and prep your trailer for each job
- Manage a small crew and keep jobs on time and on track
- Apply spray foam to industry standards (open-cell and closed-cell)
- Maintain and clean insulation equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times, both on the road and on the job site
- Communicate with team members and management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 18 months of spray foam insulation experience
- Ability to lead a team on job sites
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and attics
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle strenuous work
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Experience towing a trailer is a plus!
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime available
- Year-round work (not seasonal)
Pay and Benefits
- $22.50 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
