Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full-time reliable and experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team! This person will be responsible for communicating with customers, technicians, and other company personnel to schedule work in a timely manner. The right candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be eager to assist our customers. In addition to dispatching, your other duties may include invoicing customers, making purchase orders, ordering parts, and building maintenance and repair proposals. Applicants with experience utilizing Service Titan is a bonus.

Regular Duties:

• 
  Answer a high volume of calls

• 
  Dispatching technicians to jobs sites based on their territory

• 
  Schedule maintenance and service appointments

• 
  Build purchase orders and place orders for parts and supplies

• 
  Create and send invoices
