Requirements
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets in a business development role.
Strong knowledge of factoring and ABL products,including underwriting and credit analysis principles.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, andnegotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of acollaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and financial analysissoftware.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in factoring, ABL,or commercial finance.
Physical Demands :
Sustained standing and sitting;
Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
