Come join our team as a Construction Loan Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for for managing and administering the construction loan draw process from pre-loan closing through construction completion. This role encompasses commercial, residential, and residential home builder lines/loans.

Primary Functions:
- Manage/administer the construction loan draw process from pre-loan closing through construction completion. This includes commercial, residential and residential home builder lines/loans.
- Review/approve project construction budgets including required equity and other sources.
- Perform initial and ongoing analysis including review of applicable loan documents.
- Generate/maintain the Bank's internal construction loan tracking spreadsheets. Review funding requests and recommend funding for approval.
- Order/review construction related 3rd party reports such as Plan and Specification Cost
- Reviews and site inspections.
- Review pertinent loan documents to ensure loan closings are in compliance with the credit approval document, policy, and regulatory guidelines.
- Interact and respond to customers directly pertaining to advance requests and/or specific loan information.
- Act as a liaison with participating banks in CRE transactions.
- Perform other duties and support other loan ops team members as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior banking experience preferred.
- Ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision.
- Strong accounting and math skills.
- Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers, employees and Bank management.
- Good organizational and communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent routine changes.
- Must have excellent computer skills including extensive use of Windows, Microsoft Office Programs.
