The Sales Support Specialist position is a hybrid position that, while primarily performed remotely, requires a presence in our key markets to effectively perform job-related duties.

Job Responsibilities
Project Management : Manage a company-wide relationship marketingproject including collaborating with a range of internal and externalstakeholders and vendors, working in project management platforms (MicrosoftPlanner and Monday.com), and managing tracking and reporting in Salesforce.
CRM Management : Data entry and management, writing up sales calls,and keeping track of sales activities in Salesforce. Overall ownership ofSalesforce administration including ongoing improvements, training colleagueson the platform, and creating reports.
Sales Operations : Owning operational aspects of the salesfunctions including outreach projects and merchandise management.
Sales Calls : Proactively assist our teams with sales calls asdirected, scheduling sales calls, and follow-up as directed.
Data Mining : Source potential customers as directed, research andfind creative ways to mine data within the legal requirements.
Project Work : Assist with new business-related projects.
Specific Requirements :
Working knowledge in Salesforce and CRM bestpractices.
Experienceworking in Microsoft Excel and preferably some experience with PowerBi orsimilar data analysis tools.
Experiencemanaging complex projects including project management platforms such as Asana,Monday.com, Microsoft Planner, or similar.
Ability to managedynamic relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Deepunderstanding of sales techniques and processes required (i.e., outbound directmarketing, sales blitzes, and community networking).
Ability andwillingness to actively promote the Bank and its products and services andhands-on support in the acquisition of new prospects required.
Working knowledgeof banking products and services preferred.
Overalltechnically savvy and a quick learner of applications, programs, and systems.
Candidates mustbe excellent and effective communicators with the ability to interact with awide range of individuals. Exceptional verbal and written communication as wellas interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Resourceful,detail-oriented, and an extremely organized self-starter. This role requiressomeone with initiative and ability to independently think to improveprocesses.
