Climate First Bank is a Florida Benefit Corporation, state chartered, FDIC insured commercial bank. We are the first commercial bank with a mission of reducing atmospheric CO2. Climate First Bank is the third bank started and scaled by serial bank entrepreneur, Ken LaRoe. Having started and sold Florida Choice Bank and First Green Bank, Mr. LaRoe has launched Climate First Bank as a built to last, values based, financial institution. Our first branch opened for business on June 1, 2021, in St. Petersburg, Florida and we have since expanded into the Central Florida market.
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and administer sales focused marketing projects, manage the company-wide Salesforce administration and support the sales focused roles with their CRM management, sales operations, data sourcing and sales calls.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage a company-wide relationship marketing project including collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders and vendors, working in project management platforms (Microsoft Planner and Monday.com), and managing tracking and reporting in Salesforce.
- CRM Management: Data entry and management, writing up sales calls, and keeping track of sales activities in Salesforce. Overall ownership of Salesforce administration including ongoing improvements, training colleagues on the platform, and creating reports.
- Sales Operations: Owning operational aspects of the sales functions including outreach projects and merchandise management.
- Sales Calls: Proactively assist our teams with sales calls as directed, scheduling sales calls, and follow-up as directed.
- Data Sourcing: Source potential customers as directed, research and find creative ways to mine data within the legal requirements.
- Project Work: Assist with new business-related projects.
- Adopt and practice a commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.
- Demonstrate interest in contributing to and working by Climate First Bank’s Core Values.
- Possess the initiative to obtain education related to sustainability practices.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge in Salesforce and CRM best practices.
- Working Microsoft Excel knowledge required; experience with PowerBi or similar data analysis tools strongly preferred.
- Experience managing complex projects including project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner, or similar.
- Candidates must be excellent and effective communicators with the ability to manage dynamic relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Deep understanding of sales techniques and processes required (i.e., outbound direct marketing, sales blitzes, and community networking). * Ability and willingness to actively promote the Bank and its products and services and hands-on support in the acquisition of new prospects required.
- Working knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
- Overall technically savvy and a quick learner of applications, programs, and systems.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and an extremely organized self-starter. This role requires someone with initiative and ability to independently think to improve processes.
Physical Demands:
· Sustained standing and sitting;
· Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
· Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
