About the Role: As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our brand, engaging with customers, partners, and the community to promote our products and services in Home Depo Stores. You will leverage your knowledge of HVAC systems and passion for exceptional customer service to build strong relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
About Us: At Casey's Climate Partners, our highly skilled and trained climate technicians are dedicated to providing the best service and products available to homeowners and businesses. We specialize in creating and installing advanced heating and cooling systems that provide not only comfortable indoor environments but ones that are actually conducive to good health. Casey’s Climate Partners has been serving customers in Connecticut since the early 1900s. We are based in Milford, CT. and service all of New Haven and Fairfield Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, representing the brand in a positive light.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in Home Depo stores.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our HVAC systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Help manage and update the company’s social media profiles to maintain a consistent brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to different Home Depo stores.
