- Conduct needs analysis with potential clients to identify their technical challenges and requirements, tailoring solutions to fit their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations showcasing product features and benefits to customers, often including live demonstrations.
- Develop customized proposals to address customer needs, presenting a comprehensive solution rather than just selling a single product.
- Answer technical questions from customers, providing pre-sale and post-sale support
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Climate Pros product offering.
- Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and addressing their technical concerns.
