Job Description :
Partner closely with the Corporate Controller to drive accounting policy alignment, reporting quality, and timeliness; participating in day-to-day accounting functions as assigned. A wide degree of initiative and latitude is expected.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Participate in financial statement preparation, month-end close, fixed assets, treasury, revenue recognition, budgeting, tax compliance, ad hoc reporting, and process improvements
- Reconcile GL, post journal entries / accruals, etc, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external standards
- Ensure timely completion of monthly reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts
- Assist in month end closing activities across accounting team
- Participates in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare for and respond to internal and external audit requests
- Preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
- Work cross-functionally to support strategic financial projects and business initiatives
- Experience in treasury, ROU lease accounting, net working capital, fixed assets, accounts payable, compensation and benefits
