Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive sales revenue
- Manage key accounts and expand our sales organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving sales revenue
- Utilize your expertise in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Sales Organization, Relationship Development, Key Accounts, Sales Revenue, and Strategic Sales on a daily basis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Work independently and as part of a team will be critical in achieving business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related field or equivalent industry experience
- 3 years of experience in the Building Automation Industry
- 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales related to Building Automation or the HVAC Industry
- Proven track record of strategic sales and sales territory management
- An established network in the construction and facility management fields in the Charleston, SC region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in the Building Automation Industry
- 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales related to Building Automation or the HVAC Industry
- Experience with Tridium Niagara-based control systems
