Job Summary: The IT Technical Analyst will be responsible for identifying and mitigating data security risks within the organization, while providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, organizational units, and other IT professionals to implement and maintain security processes that meet business needs and exceed data security audit and compliance requirements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate data security non-conformities across the organization.
• Collaborate with business leaders, organizational units, and other IT professionals to implement and maintain security processes that meet business needs and exceed data security audit and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular reports on organizational data security posture.
• Support and maintain documentation related to IT policies and procedures, particularly those related to data security.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to support systems and implementations.
• Provide amazing customer support to all employees.
• Provide technical support to end-users on a variety of hardware and software issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical end user support issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Stay up to date with IT trends, technology, data security, and industry best practices.
• Expectation for minimal domestic travel out-of-state as business requires

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years’ experience of proven ability to provide effective support in professional environments
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Passionate about technology, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Dedicated to delivering an exceptional end-user experience.
• Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with security compliance policies in a mid-size organization.
• Previous ownership responsibilities over one or more IT systems.
• Hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting cloud-based applications (ex. Service Trade)
• Knowledge of effectively training employees

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to lift and carry files, personal computers, and other materials as needed.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Comfortable spending prolonged time working in front of a computer screen.
