Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate data security non-conformities across the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders, organizational units, and other IT professionals to implement and maintain security processes that meet business needs and exceed data security audit and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular reports on organizational data security posture.
- Support and maintain documentation related to IT policies and procedures, particularly those related to data security.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to support systems and implementations.
- Provide amazing customer support to all employees.
- Provide technical support to end-users on a variety of hardware and software issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical end user support issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and problems.
- Stay up to date with IT trends, technology, data security, and industry best practices.
- Expectation for minimal domestic travel out-of-state as business requires
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years’ experience of proven ability to provide effective support in professional environments
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Passionate about technology, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional end-user experience.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with security compliance policies in a mid-size organization.
- Previous ownership responsibilities over one or more IT systems.
- Hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting cloud-based applications (ex. Service Trade)
- Knowledge of effectively training employees
- Ability to lift and carry files, personal computers, and other materials as needed.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Comfortable spending prolonged time working in front of a computer screen.
