Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for project managers to set up new projects, entering budgets, change orders and validating the accuracy of project information
- Review construction contracts to identify risk and ensure compliance
- Request Certificates of Insurance, bid bonds or performance bonds as needed
- File all required preliminary lien paperwork and execute all releases
- Prepare monthly billings in accordance with contract requirements
- Collections
- Support month-end and year-end close activities including the preparation of supporting schedules and workpapers
- General Ledger entries
- Special projects as assigned
