Education: A high school diploma/GED is required. An associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or front office coordinator or 3-5 years working in a clerical environment as an administrative assistant.
Computer Skills: Skilled with MS Office suite and working knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
Certificates & Licenses: N/A
Other Requirements: Experience with a multi-line phone system, good organizational skills and tasking abilities, an outgoing personality, and a passion for people interaction.

- Interact, greet, and communicate current status and changes in information with employees, customers, and visitors
- Keep a safe and clean reception area
- Manage company personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and visitors
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answer all incoming phone lines and route them to the appropriate parties
- Assist in the coordination of organization appointments or meetings
- Assists with coordination of on-site interviews, greeting interviewees, offering water, & directing where to go, as well as informing interviewers of status
- Check in visitors and ensure the first steps of the visitor security process are followed by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Sort and distribute mail; handle outgoing mail (USPS); contact employees when packages arrive
- Monitor and distribute ‘Contact Us’ emails
- Assist customer and tech support with basic functions, parts and pricing requests, PO status, order dating, etc.
- Aide with customer correspondence
- Assist with customer and tech support phone analysis and documentation
- Offer admin support across the organization
- Order supplies for customer-facing departments, as needed
- Other project work as assigned
