POSITION SUMMARY
Climate Control Group (CCG) is seeking a Project Manager to manage product development projects across its product suite: ClimateMaster, CLIMACOOL, IEC, and ClimateCraft.
As a CCG Project Manager, you will manage product development projects through the entire project lifecycle. Projects will range from introducing new features, new product introductions and VAVE to regulatory initiatives. The Project Manager will provide leadership and coaching to cross-functional teams to ensure phase deliverables are met and the stage-gate process is followed.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
· Utilizing the CCG stage-gate product development process to deliver projects within established targets for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
· Track progress and performance throughout the lifecycle of the project
· Identify, prioritize, escalate, and facilitate the resolution/mitigation of project issues, risks, and conflicts within cross-functional project teams
· Escalate critical issues to senior leaders when needed
· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path(s)
· Ensure projects are resourced to meet objectives
· Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement through executive-level reporting, project team meetings, frequent stakeholder updates and senior management reviews
· Manage tasks/deliverables or sub-projects from assignment to completion. Work with other functions to develop work objectives, define and communicate scope, resources, and project plans
· Communicate, coordinate and closely collaborate with the project team, functional managers, and executive leadership to achieve project goals
· Leverage best practices, lessons learned, and tools to aid in project execution and management

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or related technical field is required.
Experience: 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Direct work experience within the HVAC industry is preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (proficient Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Certificates & Licenses: PMP certification is preferred.
