POSITION SUMMARY
The Tool Crib Attendant supports production by ensuring optimal equipment functionality by repairing and replacing machine dies as needed. This role works closely with vendors to order replacement parts and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory of all tool crib inventory. The attendant plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring production efficiency through effective tool and equipment management.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Repairing existing leak test fittings by removing them from service and restoring them to optimal working condition.
- Order internal parts for fitting repairs, replace test fittings that are beyond repair, and supply operators with necessary hand tools, such as flashlights, pliers, and screwdrivers, to ensure efficient task performance.
- Coordinate with parts vendors for quotes, place orders, while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage and maintain tool crib inventory
- Traveling to supply stores as needed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High school diploma
Experience : Familiarity with tools and heavy machinery
Computer Skills : Basic computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Internet explorer, Excel, database software, and order requisitions
