Description
The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to members and potential members via telephone to identify their needs and potential cross sell opportunities. This position provides expertise in respect to credit union products and services, such as consumer loans, deposit accounts, online banking, research, ACH and payroll processes. Must possess strong cross selling skills, a thorough knowledge of Climb Credit Union product and services and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Perform member transactions, within authority, accurately and efficiently with good audit train and within credit union guidelines and policies.Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells products and services beneficial to members. Provides answers to member's questions about products, services and resolves problems within their authority. Refers issues beyond their authority to the next level, along with their recommendations. Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports/tasks processed.

Requirements
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
- Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Demonstrates carefulness about detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
- Proficiency with 10-key, PC and applicable software, i.e. MS Excel, Word, SCU Data Processing System, etc.
- Physical Requirements Should be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit a desk for the majority of the day and work on a computer for the entire work day.
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a high volume environment. Standard office conditions with low to moderate noise.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary : $20 - $24
