Climb is headquartered in Nashville, TN with 4 total locations: Nashville, TN (2), Murfreesboro, TN (1) and Bentonville, AR (1). - Maintain a thorough understanding of Climb’s Mission and how it applies to the customer's journey

Details Matter
- Arrive on time, physically and mentally ready to coach practice
- Implementation of growth mindset in line with Climb Youth Team Philosophy
- Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures
- Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to our incident reporting process
- Be able to coach at least 5 youth climbers simultaneously
- Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment
- Be self-motivated: Identify coachable moments and act upon them
- Execute lesson plans created and shared by Head Coach
- Availability to potentially attend one competition each season
Qualifications
- Part time 4-10 hours weekly
- Must work at least 2 shifts in weekly schedule
- Seasonal re-training and debriefs
- Last minute shifts are often available
