The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence. This role will be crucial in promoting our various locations, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.
Climb is headquartered in Nashville, TN with 5 total locations: Nashville, TN (3), Murfreesboro, TN (1) and Bentonville, AR (1). Responsibilities:
- Manage Climbs Instagram accounts to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively monitor opportunities to collaborate or re-share/post community members.

Collaborate with the General Manager to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Align on goals for the following month
- Discuss current marketing initiatives, events promotions, class offerings, etc.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, such as photos and videos, for social media posts and campaigns.
- Submit copy approval directly to the local General Manager.
- Be available to capture content at local events as needed.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience managing social media accounts

Proficiency with various platforms:
- Later Social
- Meta/Instagram
- Illustrator, Photoshop or similar
- Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
Scheduling

Part time
- 3-5 hours/week
- Biweekly meetings with local General Manager
- Evening/weekend event availability as needed
