CNC Machining Department Opportunities and Programs offered at Climco Coils
- Apprenticeship programs for CNC Machinist Journeyman and Tool & Die with company funded, Federally accredited trade program in partnership with Eastern Iowa College.

Qualifications – Experience/Education/Skill Requirements:
- Required - Experience with measuring equipment and tools
- Required - Aptitude and familiarity with basic shop math (decimals, fractions, etc.)
- Strongly Preferred - Trade school certification in related field preferred
- Strongly Preferred - Experience working with CNC Mills and/or Lathes
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Capable of reading and following standard procedures and prints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess critical thinking/problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, and work well with others
- Excellent past work record (performance, attendance and attitude)
- Any related professional education or training a plus
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Works within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals
You should be proficient in:
- Troubleshooting CNC Machines
- High School / GED
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
