ClimeCo is seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage our IT team and oversee aspects of our IT infrastructure. This position will be remote/ hybrid within the United States or Canada, with a preference for Florida, New York City, San Francisco, or Washington DC, and a potential for hybrid work in the future. Position Description
The IT Manager at ClimeCo will lead our internal IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security certifications (SOCII and ISO 27001), Office 365, NetSuite, Azure, DevOps, Fabric, and Salesforce. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the IT team while performing advanced IT tasks and project management.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including Office 365, NetSuite, Azure, and Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with security certifications such as SOCII and ISO 27001.
- Perform advanced IT administration tasks, including network management, server maintenance, and SaaS management.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Ensure complete documentation of systems and projects.
- Provide reports on progress of projects and value added.
