Role Overview :
As a Marketing Development Representative (MDR), you will work in between Sales and Marketing to play a pivotal role in generating pipeline, nurturing leads, and contributing to ClinCapture’s growth. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to conduct market research, identify prospects, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads within target segments
- Generate outbound pipeline through cold calling, email sequencing, and social media outreach
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to create, manage, and update tasks to ensure accurate tracking of outbound activities
- Utilize Outreach Engagement Platform to enroll leads in sequencing and nurturing campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of ClinCapture’s products and services to effectively communicate value to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and messaging
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as daily calls made, meetings scheduled, and leads converted
