Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to patients with diverse needs
- Implement treatment plans accurately and effectively
- Monitor patient symptoms and behavior, reporting any changes to Case Managers
- Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current state nursing license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Independent contractor (1099)
- CPR Certification
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
