Position Summary :
Perform venipunctures and finger sticks, process medical laboratory tests and document results for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. Follow all CLIA and COLA requirements and regulations. Serve as a back-up for clinical team members as needed.

Qualifications
Education : Requires high school diploma with certificate of phlebotomy from an accredited college / university.
Experience : 1 - 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
License / Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
