The Quality/Risk Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of healthcare quality and safety programs, which includes:
- Developing and maintaining clinic policies, forms, and procedures
- Educating staff on risk awareness and prevention
- Meditating patient and employee complaints and investigations
- Coordinating quarterly rural health audits
- Maintaining records for RHC State Surveyor
This role also involves working closely with clinical nurse managers to ensure that offices function within state compliances and accreditations, providing direct supervision of staff, and developing departmental goals and objectives.
