As an Epic Certified Hospital Billing Analyst, will focus on working closely with assigned customer(s) to diagnose, document, and resolve Epic support issues and execute other work as agreed upon in your specified Epic application.

You have to lead and coordinate revenue cycle process redesign, system build, system testing, and implementation of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Claims electronic medical records within a major Epic implementation or upgrade project.
work with users to assess needs, monitor data, implement system updates, and analyze systems for performance issues.
Prepares and maintains documentation, including analysis, design, programming, standards, procedures, and user guides.
Help build an outstanding Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Claims system so that the organization(s) you support can deliver world-class patient care.
In addition to working closely with the customers, you’ll also work with other internal roles such as fellow analysts, Client Engagement Managers, and Epic Support management.
You will help share your application knowledge internally, mentor others as needed, escalate issues, and generally ensure the success of projects.
