We are seeking an experienced Epic Hospital Billing Analyst with a strong background in revenue cycle operations, hospital billing, and Epic system workflows. The ideal candidate excels in leadership, communication, and collaboration while delivering optimized billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and maintain Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Claims and Electronic Remittance Administration (ERA) modules.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle and business leaders to align workflows with Epic functionalities.
  • Manage third-party vendor integrations (e.g., Experian, Relay Health).
  • Apply expertise in hospital billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle workflows.

Qualifications :

  • Certifications : Epic Resolute HB Claims, ERA, and HB Administration (Required).
  • Experience : 5 years in revenue cycle / healthcare with demonstrated Epic build expertise.
  • Strong leadership, verbal / written communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and drive results.
