J ob Title : Epic Radiant Analyst

Qualifications and Success Factors :

  • Experience : 3 years in Epic application build and implementation at a health system.
  • Education : Certification in Epic Radiant.
  • Preferred Skills :

Business analysis and project management.

  • Experience with safety net hospitals and Epic implementations.
  • Strong leadership and task ownership.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with leadership to scope and document workflows for RMCs Epic (HealthLink) implementation, set for Q2 2025.
  • Build, test, and maintain system workflows, integrations, and optimizations.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution.
  • Provide recommendations for workflow and build enhancements.

    • This is a remote position.
