Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft O365 Management Support to establish and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies within the Microsoft O365 environment. The candidate will ensure compliance with agency security requirements by verifying, configuring, and remediating O365 security settings while providing management oversight of the O365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DLP policies and procedures for O365.
- Verify and configure O365 security policies to meet agency compliance standards.
- Conduct O365 security assessments and remediation.
- Manage and oversee Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain data security best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Gold Level Microsoft Partner or Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider experience.
- Strong O365 management experience, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Expertise in Azure Active Directory administration.
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security policies.
