We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise implementation and enhancement initiative. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2 applications in an Oracle/UNIX environment.

Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 platform using PeopleTools.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2 applications in an Oracle/UNIX environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 platform using PeopleTools.
- Utilize PeopleCode and Application Designer to create and modify PeopleSoft components including pages, records, components, menus, and application engines.
- Perform advanced SQL development and troubleshooting in an Oracle database environment.
- Develop and manage integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker for data exchange between internal and external systems.
- Implement and support workflow solutions using Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) to streamline business processes.
- Maintain and configure PeopleSoft Security, roles, and permission lists.
- Provide development support for PeopleSoft Interaction Hub 9.1, integrating content and user navigation with HCM modules.
- Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to meet project goals and timelines.
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
