We are seeking an experienced Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead complex, cloud-hosted SaaS projects focused on improving public safety and customer services for the Virginia State Police (VSP). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project phases, from planning to execution, while overseeing business change management and coordinating with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage SaaS projects, including planning, budgeting, scope management, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and requirements documentation.
- Oversee stakeholder communication, build trust, and ensure successful business change management.
- Coordinate with VSP technical staff and interface partners to implement network infrastructure changes and deploy SaaS equipment.
- Prepare reports for VSP and VITA management.
- Perform additional duties as required.
