Your Impact

As SVP, Group Account Director , you’ll be a key driver of agency growth, culture, and innovation. You’ll lead high-profile accounts, shape strategic direction, and push boundaries in digital healthcare marketing. You’re a natural problem-solver, a bold decision-maker, and a collaborative leader who thrives on challenges.

What You’ll Do

Own client relationships—act as a strategic partner, guiding senior clients with data-driven insights and bold recommendations.

Lead and inspire teams—mentor talent, foster growth, and drive a high-performance culture.

Drive digital excellence—champion innovative, omnichannel strategies that set new industry benchmarks.

Grow business—identify and seize new opportunities, both organically and through partnerships.

Ensure financial success—oversee forecasting, income tracking, and fiscal planning.

Stay ahead of the curve—leverage digital trends, analytics, and emerging healthcare marketing innovations.

What You Bring

  • 12 years in pharma / healthcare marketing (HCP expertise required).
  • Proven leadership & strategic acumen in agency or brand management.
  • Passion for digital innovation and omnichannel engagement.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional presentation & communication abilities.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

Salary Range : $220,000 - $271,000
