We are seeking a detail oriented Procurement Coordinator for our Charlotte office. Please note - where the application requires that you upload a portfolio, you may upload your resume or cover letter instead.
Responsibilities Summary : Perform a wide variety of tasks in coordinating all aspects of the furniture procurement process including assisting with contracts and proposals and assisting the Interiors team as needed.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Assist with the coordination of all aspects of furniture orders including budgeting, obtaining quotes, COM testing, purchase order creation and placement, order confirmation, shipment tracking and reports, and installation coordination
- Assist in entering furniture selections into Studio Designer software
- Track orders and project accounting using Studio Designer software
- Assist in tracking project budgets
- Coordinate shipments and receiving with warehouse and vendors
- Coordinate and schedule furniture installations and assist designers with installs as needed
- Generate, track, and follow up on punch lists after installation
- Assist the Accounting Department with project closeout
- Assist Designers and Procurement Manager in other tasks as needed
