Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can learn all aspects of our business and support both our Spokane, Liberty Lake, and Coeur D’ Alene Clinics. The ideal candidate will be a culture creator, strategic thinker and high performer in all areas of their work.
- Patient Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support throughout their healthcare journey. Build positive relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort, trust, and satisfaction.
- Appointment Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-up visits in collaboration with medical staff. Ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers regarding appointment details and any necessary preparations.
- Insurance Verification and Financial Coordination: Verify patient insurance coverage and communicate details regarding copays, deductibles, and financial responsibilities. Assist patients in understanding and navigating insurance processes, including pre-authorizations and claims.
- Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare system. Address and resolve patient concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with the administrative team to input and update patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
